Need to cancel the contract as the connection is not working in the building

Hello Team,

I have a vodofone cable contract from June 2022 and till now I was not able to get the connectivity as my building has broken cable and the technican could not fix the issue due to cable issue and we have no internet being used from then on, since the connectivity is not possible I would like to cancel my contract but unfortunately I could not reach the technicians. Could you please help make arrangements to have a visit of the technician and then cancel the contract.

I need to get an appointment for a technician to come and visit and see the issue and then cancel the contract. When there is no positive response from the customer care , how would it possible for me to contact. This is totally unfair and not giving proper support to the customer. The internet is not been activated for months and needed support from vodofone customer care to either work on the issue or cancel the contract. 

Please redirect to the right person who can help resolve this issue so that I can provide the details to them
