Hello, I recently bought a Vodafone CableMax 1000 connection. The router was successfully set up, but I am frequently disconnected from the internet. Sometimes, the internet is unavailable for a couple of hours. I have tried to reset the router, but things have not changed.
Also, I have received my activation code but cannot add the contract using it, as it shows incorrect data entered.
I have recently moved to Germany and my Deutsch is not good, hence I cannot get help from customer support either. Can someone suggest a way forward

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
The forum is now just a customer helping customer forum.
