I recently ordered a cabel internet connection and the router is already shipped out. When I checked the website it said cable connection is available but I cannot find a connector mentioned in the website in my apartment.
I tried calling the customer care but everything is in german and no success connecting to anyone? Is there anyone who faced the same issue. How do I get the connector installed by vodafone technician or is it better to get the contract cancelled ?
