Hi all,
I have a Cabel connection from Vodafone, using the Vodafone cabel router which has firmware: 01.05.063.13.EURO.PC20 .
The problem is that I can't configure anything on the router.
I'm able to see login side at 192.168.0.1, then I login with the admin user, I see the "landing" page where I can see how many devices are connected etc, but whenever I chose something from the menu, I see just a blank page. If I refresh the page I get session expired error and I'm redirected to login.
I did try different computers, browsers, cleared cache and anything... but nothing works. When I open developer tools and look at the network requests that router is doing, whenever something is selected from the menu, router get 400 error for a bad request and that's all.
I'm unable to change my wifi password, or even deactivate WiFi..
Any help or info what can I do? - I reported this to the customer service, but instead I got a technician which changed the cable connector on the wall, but the router problem is still here.

Try to reset the router by pushing the reset button on the backside for 20sec.
When the issue still exist - call support for a change of the router.
