I recently took a Vodafone contract from my home wifi. I setted it up about two weeks back and my internet is till not getting connected. Ive tried multiple times to call the customer service but since I can't speak German it's been very hard for me to communicate the issue. The first time I got through to the customer service they told they'll send me an SMS to contact another team but I didn't receive that email. The second time I got through they told me it would start working after an hour but it's still not working. I've been behind this for two weeks and the issue stilll persists.ive tried restarting and resetting.
The internet LED blinks red for some time and then blink white for very few seconds and then turns back red. I would like help as soon as possible or the only thing I can do is cancle this connection and take one from another place. The customer service is terrible and I really need the internet.

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
