Hello, I have bought a cable internet connection. I have connected my Fritzbox correctly, It has been 1 hour but I still don't have any connection. I can not request help on the hotline because there is no English speaking support. Could you please support me with my problem?

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
