I urgently need help configuring my official Vodafone rental EasyBox 805. The SuperWLAN option has already been activated on my contract.
The problem: My EasyBox 805 isn't downloading the required mesh firmware update. The SuperWLAN and mesh settings are completely missing from the router menu ( http://easy.box ). The menu items for "Band Steering" and "Separate SSID" are still visible, proving that the router is still running in the old standalone mode. Since the router is running in normal mode, it's blocking my (privately purchased) Vodafone VDF 4960 Wi-Fi 6 repeater, which is constantly flashing blue. WhatsApp support couldn't help me, as the agent thought it was about support for the repeater. However, this is solely about activating the firmware on my rented EasyBox 805 .
Could a moderator please review my profile and initiate a TR-069 configuration update directly to my EasyBox 805 so that the mesh functions on the router are finally activated?
