Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

  • Lade dazu noch einen Screenshot von den Signalwerten hoch. Diese findest Du in der Benutzeroberfläche Deines Kabelrouters über 192.168.0.1 bzw. über 192.168.178.1 bei der Fritzbox. siehe unten
  • Welche Maßnahmen wurden durch die Störungshotline (erreichbar unter 0800-5266625 für Vodafone Kabel Deutschland bzw. 0221/46619100 für Vodafone West) durchgeführt? Über die Hotline wurde bereits ein Ticket eingerichtet und abgeschlossen. Das hat zumindest eine Verbesserung gebracht, aber noch keine endgültige Lösung.

Bereits seit längerer Zeit muss ich leider eine deutliche Abweichung des verfügbaren Uploads vom vertraglich vereinbarten feststellen. Dies äußert sich in einer fast immer zu niedrigen Upload-Rate, die zusätzlich auch noch stark schwankt, sodass teilweise Echtzeitdienste (z.B. Zoom-Konferenzen, Twitch-Streaming, Upload in Cloud) beeinträchtigt werden. Während eines Streams verliere ich immer noch über 1% aller meiner Frames, obwohl dafür theoretisch nur 6 MBit konstant benötigt werden. Der Download funktionert hingegen sehr gut.

 

Bisher habe ich einmal telefonisch ein Ticket eröffnet, welches auch mit einer deutlichen Verbesserung einherging. Diese wurde scheinbar durch die komplette Abschaltung des DOCSIS 3.1 Upload-Kanals erreicht. Zeitweise konnte ich sogar ein sehr gutes Ergebnis erzielen. Aktuell ist es jedoch nur mehr wieder eingeschränkt nutzbar (vorher unbenutzbar).

 

Hier würde ich mir jedoch eine deutlich bessere Abhilfe erwarten, wenn ich schon einen Business-Tarif mit deutlich höherem Preis bezahle. Falls das nicht zeitnah möglich ist, würde ich eine deutliche Rabattierung meines Vertrags erwarten bis zur Lösung des Problems.

Anmerkung: Mehr als 10MBit werden nicht angezeigt und Quality beschreibt die Stabilität (sollte über 80 liegen). Wie man sieht war das kurzzeitig an diesem Anschluss auch möglich ist jetzt aber wieder nicht mehr drin, da immer noch zu viel verloren geht (Screenshot aus Open Broadcaster Software):

Hierzu sei angemerkt, dass das auch mit konstant 50 MBit funktioniert hat, als auch der Twitch-Tester perfekte Werte angezeigt hat.

Damit verbleiben meine Rückfragen aus meinen vorherigen Kommentaren:

1. "danke für die Aufklärung bzgl. der Gutschrift. Da es mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit auch im November ja keine Verbesserung mehr geben wird, sollte der Rabatt dann ja auch noch für November gelten und die Rechnung für November dann 0€ sein, richtig?"

Das wäre dann ja ab morgen soweit.

 

2. "Kontaktaufnahme bisher keine."

Das Beschwerdemanagement wollte sich ja melden. Wann soll das sein? An Sonn- und Feiertagen (Allerheiligen morgen) wird es ja wohl nicht sein. Dann wäre bereits eine Woche seit der angeblich (von mir nicht nachvollziehbaren) ersten versuchten Kontaktaufnahme vergangen.

 

3. Neu: Ist das wirklich der Anspruch von Vodafone, dass man langjährige Kunden mit Business-Verträgen einfach in die Kündigung treibt?

Ist das normal, dass Kontaktanfragen sich einfach in Luft auflösen ohne das man irgendetwas davon mitbekommt? Oder bedeutet das nur, dass Post unterwegs ist?

Einer von vier 100s-Tests kam im Mittel mal über die minimal garantierten 15mbit/s, das aber auch nur durch große Ausreißer nach oben und nicht konstant

Daher bitte den Rabatt auf November ausdehnen. D.h. die letzte Rechnung im November müsste 0€ sein. Ist sie es nicht, wird die Lastschrift zurückgegeben, mit allen für Vodafone zusätzlich anfallenden Konsequenzen. Das würde 1. aus meinen verbleibenden Fragen/Kommentaren behandeln. Es verbleiben 2-4:

2. "Kontaktaufnahme bisher keine."

Das Beschwerdemanagement wollte sich ja melden. Wann soll das sein? An Sonn- und Feiertagen (Allerheiligen morgen) wird es ja wohl nicht sein. Dann wäre bereits eine Woche seit der angeblich (von mir nicht nachvollziehbaren) ersten versuchten Kontaktaufnahme vergangen.

 

3. Neu: Ist das wirklich der Anspruch von Vodafone, dass man langjährige Kunden mit Business-Verträgen einfach in die Kündigung treibt?

 

4. "Meine offene Anfrage über das Kontaktformular (Kündigung vorab) ist jedoch verschwunden. Kommt da Post nächste Woche? Sonst kann ich unter Mein Kabel jetzt noch kein Vertragsende zum 30.11.2021 feststellen."

Ist das normal, dass Kontaktanfragen sich einfach in Luft auflösen ohne das man irgendetwas davon mitbekommt? Oder bedeutet das nur, dass Post unterwegs ist?

mit Deinem Fremdgerät ist keine Anschlussprüfung möglich. Wann sich das Beschwerdemanagement meldet, können wir nicht voraussagen, das hängt vom Anfrageaufkommen ab. Um weitere Gutschriften kümmern sich die Kollegen. In Deinem Kundenkonto ist kein Schreiben ersichtlich, an welche Adresse ging das Schreiben?

Wozu sollte es noch eine Anschlussprüfung benötigen? Der Techniker war hier und hat mit dem Mietgerät die schlechten Werte bestätigt und weitergemeldet. Die dann weiteren verantwortlichen Techniker von Vodafone hat es offensichtlich nicht interessiert. Das Mietgerät war lange genug dran. Daraufhin habe ich mein erstes Schreiben mit Fristsetzung abgesetzt. Nachdem ich dann telefonisch noch einen weiteren Technikertermin ausgemacht habe, damit er Rücksprache mit NE3 halten kann, kam der Techniker und hat außer einem "neuen" Router nichts gemacht, außer mir nochmal zu zeigen was er weitergemeldet hat. Der "neue" Router stinkt übrigens nach Rauch, läuft mit uralter Firmware und selbst die Knöpfe vorne sind schon abgewetzt. Ich weiß nicht aus welchem Loch der gekommen ist, aber der steht sicher nicht dauerhaft unter meinem Schreibtisch.

 

Da Vodafone damit das Fass zum überlaufen gebracht habt, habe ich dann noch am selben Tag die Kündigung aufgesetzt und verschickt. Da der Sendungsverlauf irgendwie komisch war, habe ich es am Freitag sicherheitshalber noch ein zweites Mal verschickt. So sieht der Status für alle drei Sendungen aus:

Bei allen Schreiben habe ich aber gesehen, dass sie umgeleitet wurden und über das Verteilzentrum Düsseldorf ausgeliefert wurden. Wie bei mindestens zwei bereits erhaltenen Schreiben (für eines habe ich sogar den Rückschein), nichts in meinem Kundenkonto ersichtlich sein soll, kann ich nicht sagen, ist aber auch nicht mein Problem.

Wie eine über das Kontaktformular, bei dem ich sogar mit Kundennummer, etc. alles angegeben habe, verschickte Kündigung nicht ersichtlich sein soll, frage ich mich jedoch erst recht. Dafür habe ich ja sogar eine Bestätigungsmail bekommen (29.10.2021, 18:09):

Ich schicke Ihnen die Kündigung hiermit nur vorab. In der Post befinden sich aktuell zwei Einschreiben. Zwei, weil das erste scheinbar verloren gegangen ist. Über eine Bestätigung der Kündigung würde ich mich freuen.

Darauf sollte ich innerhalb von fünf Werktagen eine Antwort erhalten. Die Anfrage hat sich in meinem Kundenkonto jedoch in Luft aufgelöst.

Von meiner Seite endet der Vertrag Ende November. Wie, das überlasse ich euch. Habe aber kein Problem damit, Lastschriften zurückzugeben oder meine Rechtsschutzversicherung zu benutzen, wenn es Vodafone gerne schwer machen möchte.

Wie gesagt, ich weiß nicht in wie vielen (Raucher-)Haushalten der schon stand. In meinem wird er nicht über längere Zeit stehen.

Die Kündigungsbestätigung zum 30.11. und einen 100% Rabatt für November habe ich heute nach einem Telefonat erhalten.

 

Vllt. möchte Vodafone ja trotzdem das Problem noch beheben:

Mit meiner FritzBOX 6660 habe ich heute wieder die selben Werte wie immer gemessen (genauso wie mit den beiden Vodafone Boxen)
