Hi,
I have Internet fault daily since one week (26th of April), 8 (!) Ticekts has been created and 6 closed, yet I don't know when the next time Internet will fall again. I'd really appreciate if you could let me when I can expect cnnection stabilized finally? And of course, I expect compensation from Vodafone, since it's not completing contract terms by faulitng proividing Internet due to which I already had money losses.

Even a short distrubance during working hours result in business loss due to inability to work from home and attend important meetings. Not to mention all the process of calling and ticket submission which became a weekly thing these days...
Could Vodafone offer me a solution until such disturbnces are eliminated 100%?

If you have a Vodafone mobile phone number, I can charge you for data volume. then you can use your mobile phone as a hotspot. Or you can get a retroactive credit for the period of the disruption.

This is 50% of the monthly basic amount. However, I see in the system that you have already received this credit for May. If the problem is still not solved in June, you will still receive a credit in June.

There’s no connection at my end again.
The ticket 001-0424069/21 is open since 19th of May since resolution time indicated.

Thanks for replying. The connection has reestablished, but now, again fault and no Internet.
Maybe exchanging cable router will help ?
Also, assume there’ll be a discount again for June...

replacing the cable router will not help here, unfortunately. The ticket for fault clearance is still assigned to the network fault.
