Hi,
I have Internet fault daily since one week (26th of April), 8 (!) Ticekts has been created and 6 closed, yet I don't know when the next time Internet will fall again. I'd really appreciate if you could let me when I can expect cnnection stabilized finally? And of course, I expect compensation from Vodafone, since it's not completing contract terms by faulitng proividing Internet due to which I already had money losses.

Thanks for the info provided.
The house's (building's) telecom system are accessible by telecom technicians only (as replied by my Hausmaster).
If you refer to modem and cable router at my house - yes, they are accessible at my appartament.
There no Covid-19 syptoms at my houshold.

Currently it’s up and running.
However, I’m having a technician appointment tomorrow (11:00-14:00), since I was required to do it via SMS when I was reopening the ticket. Also, your colleague Marco asked for my details to arrange a technician visit (you can see that in his message of this thread)
Can I assume that though the Internet is currently working, the appointment will take place?

currently no appointment is necessary. The error here comes from the street and not from your connection.

Hi,
Currently no malfuncations. However, I appreciate that you kep this thread open, because in last 2,5 weeks I had 10 (9 separate and 1 reopened) (!) incidents on my Internet cable connection. The last one was fixed just 2 days ago. So it's too early to speak about stability...

Today again Internet fault.
When it’s going to end? Isn’t it possible to provide a stable solution for such cases. Since 3 weeks I can’t rely on my Internet at home.

@Moni_GK @Martin59 @ERFD Dear moderators, appreciate if you could reply.
There was again a fault in my internet connection today.
I cannot tolerate anymore such breaks, since I need to work. Please provide with the real solution (and not temporary one).
If Vodafone cannot guarantee stable connection at my site anymore, then the contract should be terminated (without any penalties towards me, of course), since I'm requiring and paying for a proper stable connecton and abitlty to use Internet wihtout breaks.
