Hello, sorry for English, my German still at A1 level so i will describe my problem in English, thanks for understanding.
My cable router (CGA4233DE) reboot itself randomly and frequently, 3-10 times a week (i can check only at day time) and i can use internet from 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes i need to turn it off for some time and only after that its start booting properly.
Because Vodafone hotline bot only works in German i can reach any English speaking support.
What would be great if someone from Vodafone contact my by phone or email in English and arrange router replacement
BTW, after i got my new tariff i can get my internet speed because this router dont support wifi6, so please send me a router which dont reboot (i starting to hate Vodafone because i lost my AWS test which cost me 150$ and i always loose connections on online meetings) and supports wifi6.

System is reachable, and I won't pay for anything because its obvious that this problem on operator side.
If you think that situation is normal then we should cancel contract because for me its not ok to lose connectivity at home office during working hours.

Hello again @Wallace !
Today Technical was at my place ant told the same thing that i describe in this post.
He said that cable connection is perfect and problem with router, and Vodafone should exchange it for new one.

he might as well have changed the router. I have now given the open ticket from today to logistics.
By the way, the skew is still there.

on phone, Vodafone promise that i gonna receive wifi6 router
but i got old wifi5 model...
Please change old wifi5 router to new wifi6 router as you promise...
