kabel tariff downgrade problem

hello,
I have a problem with downgrading GigaZuhause 1000
tariff to 100. I have switched from DLS to Kabel. I was told that before 9th moth I'll be able to change my tariff. Unfortunately in a every vodafone store aswell as when I call the Hotilne there's always an error with on my vodafone service page. I'm stuck now as no one can't fix this. Could please let me know how should I contact with to help with this issue??

You can also contact us via WhatsApp and have the tariff adjusted. However, please remember to state your new cable customer number and not the DSL customer number.
