Hi Team!.
I want to downgrade my tariff from Gigahause1000 to 100. I have six months to use the gigahause and now it's 6 months already and I want to downgrade.
I can't speak German and no way to communicate with customer care. Who can help me please

For support innEnglish use WhatsApp, from the bot you request a Kundenberater repeatedly until you get forwarded to an agent. Then responses will take some time, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.
