Pathetic internet connection arrogant customer service

I am a Vodafone customer based in Erfurt. My contract ends in Jan 2026, however since 1 month I am facing very poor internet connection with frequent disconnection. I tried talking to the customer care but they want German, my German language is not good. My son talks to them and then they send the engineer. But in case of some issue when the engineer is not able to resolve they say that they will fix in the backend but nothing happens. I think the backend people are very lazy or arrogant or do not do may be because we are not Germans (just my opinion). But I am literally fed up with them and don't want to continue with them because Vodafone people are "incapable" of solving my problem, may be their team is not good. Can I discontinue my contract as I feel like donating money to Vodafone every month as I have to use my mobile data for internet? I want to take another service provider who understand English, and who is good in customer service. I feel like getting trapped by the Vodafone people into signing 2 years contract and now I am seeing their true colors. I am working from home and my office work is getting happened because of pathetic internet connection. I go to their centre but they do not entertain and just say that they cannot do anything.

 

My worst experience with any Multi-National Companies so far. Had they have done this India, people would have taught them nice lesson by simply disconnecting and making sure none of their friends take vodafone connection.

 

Any solution people? how I can cancel my contract? Even if that means I need to pay some amount as penalty, I can donate that much money to this incapable company.
