We recently took the GigaZuhause 500 Glasfaser connection (Kundennummer: 0019xxxxxxx).

My neighbor also had the same plan and he confirmed that they have no issues with internet.

But for us the internet is frequently disconnecting and during working hours its annoying a lot.

 

We have visited the vodafone store but they suggested us to call customer care. Due to language barrier I could not really explain my problem.

Can some one help me how to get this resolved and where to raise the complaint? if possible, just in case if any moderator is here around, please consider this as a complaint take it forward.

My issue resolved. I need to reset the router couple of times and reconfigured it. Booom... it started working. Customer technical support also doesn't have any clue.

Nobody in here will be able to help you as this is just a customers-help-customers forum.

And the moderators are not allowed to give personal support for nearly 3 years, so nobody will forward this as complaint.
