Hello Vodafone Community,
I have been a Vodafone customer for the past 3 years and I am currently in the process of moving to a new apartment. I would like to transfer my existing Vodafone connection to the new address well before my moving date.
Unfortunately, I do not speak German, and in the past, I was able to communicate with Vodafone support in English through the English social media channels like the Vodafone Facebook chat. However, I've noticed that these support options are no longer available.
I have submitted a request to transfer my connection through the "My Vodafone" portal, but I did not receive any ticket number or confirmation number for the request. This makes me uncertain about the next steps or the status of my request.
Could someone please advise me on how to proceed or how to get assistance in English?

For support in English use WhatsApp. From the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. Response time can be long, this is no live chat, requests are worked on in chronological order.

Thank you, As of now your option did help me, I was able to speak to a customer service agent and he informed that he has forwarded my request to concerned department. I will wait for further action.
