Hi All
I have taken Vodafone Kabel Internet connection in Frankfurt. I got my contract made via phone. I don't know the person who was making the contract put my Date of birth incorrect in the system. Now i am not able to correct. Due to it i am facing lot of problems.
1. When I confirm I am taking Vodafone contract i received Email confirmation saying please click here to confirm Email But i entered my DOB. I says false DOB. Because individual entered wrong dob in there system.
2. Now when I am trying to contact them. They are simply forwarding my calls.
Due to which i am not getting my Kundennummber(customer number) and i am finding it hard to reach these people. Second I do not speak German. Its even tougher for me.
Please help correcting my DOB and Email in the system so that i will receive timely updates of everything.

My correct date of Birth is 22.01.1989 and i guess your system has 22.01.1998

Please help me correcting my date of Birth in the System.. Its wrongly entered by vodafone staff.
