I recently moved and got a Vodafone DSL connection. The technician came last Friday to set things up and from Friday to Monday morning, internet was working fine with connection dropping few times. Since Monday morning, I don't have any internet. I tried resetting the router from easybox.com and also from the router reset button, ordered a new MIC and tried that but nothing worked.
I created a ticket on Monday evening and then it was closed this morning though my problem is still there. If a ticket is re-opened, it should be handled on priority, but the customer care representative never gives an estimated timeline.
I work from home and due to this issue, I am not able to work and today is the third day. My contract has just started last Friday, So if this problem is not resolved soon, I am thinking to withdraw the contract. The beginning is so troublesome, I don't know how it will work for next 2 years.
