Hi Vodafone team,
I am currently on 'Internet & Phone 1000 Cable' Tariff plan and I am completing my first year of the contract on 23.04.2021.
As suggested in the beginning of the contract, I request to change my tariff plan to 'Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable'
Look forward to your assistance.

you're a little late. The changeover takes place on the exact day and the second part of the term begins with the changeover. However, this is not possible retroactively. The 250 Mbit/s are listed in the order confirmation? In which federal state do you live?

I cannot be more early. I am currently in Dresden, Saxony.
Since I moved from one apartment (Vodafone DSL) to another in April. 2020.
The Vodafone agent in Dresden transferred my contract to Vodafone Kabel with an extended 2-year contract with an offer to 'Internet & Phone 1000 Cable' at 19,99 Euro and asked me to downgrade in May 2021 if at all I want internet connection at the same price.
That's the reason, I am proactively asking to downgrade my Internet plan so that it fit the same price. I am also GigaKombi customer. If you need to check, I can provide the contract and other details in a private message.

thanks for your pm.
I had a look in your contract details. After the first year you can change to Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable to 39,99 Euro per month.
If that's okay for you, please let me know and I'll change the tariff for you.

Thanks for looking into the details, appreciate it.
I also happen to look at my contract sheet that had additional papers and found out that I also have the possibility to change it to the tariff Red Internet & Phone Cable 100, based on my usage consumption I would think this would suit me better.
Request to update my tariff plan to Red Internet & Phone Cable 100 and look forward to your confirmation after the change. Thank you.
