Hello Team,

 

 

I have been trying to transfer my 1000GB cable contract from Berlin to Nuremberg for over a week now, with no success.

 

 

 

I called Vodafone and opened a request to move my contract, my new address is also compatible, so there is no problem with that. But a few days ago I received an email telling me that I had to get a new customer number and a new contract with the same terms as the old one. So far, everything is fine, because I want to keep my old contract, as I don't want the 24 minimum terms again (I have been a customer for over 2 years).

 

 

 

I have waited a few days and my internet is still not working. I have called 3 different people and no one has been able to solve my problem. Now, I receive a new contract by email to "accept" with a lower price, but with the unwanted 24 minimum terms.

 

My only wish is to have my internet with my old contract at my new address. I don't want to become a new customer. 

 

Can you help me? It seems that it is impossible by phone.

It is best not to confirm the e-mail with the contract summary. This is not a problem solution, but a new contract.
The best way to get in touch is via WhatsApp using the contact channels. TOBi will first speak to you in German, but the colleagues will then take over in English.
