I have recently moved out of my current apartment and wanted to clarify the status of my Internet contract termination request. On December 3, I contacted the Vodafone hotline to cancel my Internet contract. I was informed that the contract would be terminated on January 2, 2025, and that I would receive the termination letter within 3-4 days.
As of December 16, I have already vacated my apartment. However, in the MeinVodafone app, my termination request is still marked as "open." Could you please confirm the status of my request and let me know if there are any additional steps required from my side?

You have to write to the service. The colleagues can then have a look. It is not possible to look into your customer account here in the Community.
