Hi myvodafone customer service,
My name is Petra Fazekas and I would like to ask for your help to add contract to my myvodafone profile. I registered to the myvodafone webpage on Saturday because I’m taking over an existing contract in the myvodafone page. To be able to add an existing contract to my profile, I have to enter an online registration code, however the letter what I received from Vodafone does not include this code at all. Therefore, I wanted to request this code. For this request I have to give my DLS customer number (which I have because I received in the letter) and the registered phone number. I registered with my Hungarian phone number (****) and the system does not accept this number. Could you help me how I should enter this Hungarian number, because I have already tried 3 times and I just have 2 chance left. I have tried ***** and *****. I would really appreciate if you could provide me help with this problem.
