Trying to pay my bill

Hello,

 

I am trying to pay my bill but I'm having difficulty adding my contract to my account. When I go to add it it asks for an activation code but I don't have an activation code. I have requested one in the past but never received it either in my regular mail or my email/spam folder. I don't know where to go from here.

you should normally receive the activation code as a letter within a few days. If not, please contact customer service.
