Hi everyone. Apologies, but I don't speak German.
Me and my partner recently moved to Germany, and we ordered a cable contract online . However, we never received a customer number. Last week our router was installed, but there is no internet connection. We tried to call, but we can't get any help because we don't possess a customer number ..
None of the operators I could get ahold of could help me, they keep asking for my customer number and I can't explain well because I don't speak German and they don't speak English. Could s omeone please tell me how to get my customer number so I can go to the next step of getting my connection activated?

have you received an order confirmation? You will also find the customer number there.
