Hi all,
Unluckily the wi-fi is gone since yesterday.
It works for my neighbors though and the hotpost also works.
The router blinks red and I did all the standard procedure (switching on and off, wifi on and off, and modem reset).
Still doesn't work.
It already happened and last time I had to ship the other router back (hopefully not this time).
Can you please send a new router ASAP, I need wifi for work and it's a major hustle for me.
P.S.:
I wrote on WhatsApp as well but since this morning I didn't get an answer.
Tobi wasn't of great help either.

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

you don't need a new router you need a technican - red led blinks means no signal is coming from the outlet

Oh I see, I was wondering indeed if Vodafone support may still be active here.
