Hello,
I got a contract with Vodafone Cable a few months ago and did not take a router because I did not need it at that time. They sent it to me but I never picked it up so It went back.
Now I am back home and I want to start using my internet again, hence I need a router. How and where can I request a new one? The customer service line does not speak english and the staff in Vodafone shops could not help.

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
