I need a new internet router. I have tried reaching out through customer support, but it wasn't easy because I don't speak German yet. They eventually sent a technician to check the router, but the technician said there was nothing they could do to solve the problems.
- Since about four months ago, the router has been disconnecting randomly on LAN and WiFi, and I randomly get "Connection Refused" when browsing.
- There are also some websites that stop loading when I'm connected to the router (LAN or wifi); I have to use my mobile network to browse these websites.
- I have also reset the router many times to solve this problem, but it didn't work
As someone that works from home this disrupts my work and calls a lot and would just like that the router is replaced and problem solved.

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
