Router shipment not happening - can somebody help?

Hello,

I have been repeatedly contacting WhatsApp Customer Service, but for some reason, they still haven't shipped the router.

The customer service representatives keep telling me that they have created a new shipment request or reapplied for the shipment, but the router has not been dispatched.

It has been too long, I've been waiting since December 19th. Could someone please assist me?

I corrected it via the WhatsApp channel on December 26th. I contacted them again on December 30th to check if it had been corrected, and it had.
