Hello Everyone,
For my new apartment I concluded my GigaZuhause 100 cables contract from verivox.de on 30.09.2023.
I got order number from verivox.de: DSL-XXXXXXXXXX
and reference number: *
I have not received any letters or emails from Vodafone that contains my customer number. Now I do not know if my internet will work or not from 15.10 which is the date I choose to start my internet. I tried to add my contract to meinVodafone account to check for updates but it needs my customer number and activation code which I do not have. I tried visiting Vodafone store but they said we cannot do anything without customer number. How can I request this information? Anyone please help.

Usually when using a 3rd party like Verivox for getting a contract, they are your first point of contact if you have questions about the status of the order. Support by Vodafone in English is available via the Twitter/X or Facebook contacts listed below, but they of course can only help if Verivox already acted.
