New Kabel Contract and Technician date is very late

Hello Team,

 

I have purchased new Kabel Internet connection. After receiving the router , I installed it properly and then it just worked for one day and suddenly red light for the internet started blinking. I called the customer care and they open an ticket for me , the number for the same is * and told me first they will try to fix it remotely. Today I received an message that ticket is closed and I need to book an appointment for the technician. When I tried to book the same , latest available date is 11.09.2024.

Now I am without and internet , not sure how it will work for me as I am working from home and without internet it would be really hard for me. Can someone help me to get a quicker appointment and get the issue fixed asap.

I did call Customer support and they said no earlier date is available 😞
