    • Which  modem/router  do you use?  Vodafone station
    • Are you using a  rental device  from us or do you have your  own device  ? Rental
    • What  error  is occurring?   Very slow upload speed
    • How is your device  connected  to the modem  ? LAN
    • Start  and  period  of the disturbance   since 3 months ago

    • What measures have been taken by the  fault hotline  (available at 0800-5266625 for Vodafone Kabel Deutschland or 0221/46619100 for Vodafone West)? None
