Hello,
I got call from a technician to install my internet and I couldn't understand everything he was saying. He said his colleague who knew english will call be back but that hasn't happened.
I asked another person to help me with the call but they refused for data protection reason.
I tried using to Tobi chatbot and whatsapp but it is being quite unhelpful.
Is there an email I can write to?
Since my contract hasn't started, I am quite tempted to cancel my internet and look for another provider.
Help would be really appreciated.
