Hello, I made a contract with Vodafone for cable Giga internet. It have been a long time already but I still don't have internet access. SSF installation team arrived initially but they needed to install new wires/cables and hence requested a permission from landlord. After receiving this permission, they rescheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later. Now that the time have finally come, SSF contacted me again and said the installation person is "sick" and want to reschedule my appointment to 2 more weeks later from now.
How am I supposed to access internet at home this way? Please let me know. Any express scheduling with SSF installation team would be very helpful.
