Persistent Internet Connectivity Issues - Immediate Action Required

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the ongoing internet connectivity issues I have been experiencing since October 13, 2024. Despite multiple calls to your support team, the problem persists, severely impacting my ability to work from home.

On October 21, I was informed that a technician would be dispatched to check my modem. However, today I received a call stating that there is an issue in the street and no technician would be sent, despite my scheduled appointment. This explanation is unacceptable, especially since my neighbors, who also use Vodafone, are not experiencing any issues.

Additionally, it is very frustrating that there is no English support available, which makes it even more challenging to resolve this issue effectively.

The internet connection drops every 20 minutes for approximately 2 minutes, which is highly disruptive. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. If this problem is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter to higher authorities.

I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

This is very disappointing.

Hi there!

If you check into your router events, is your DSL loosing Sync that often? If so, I have the exact same problem since 11th this month. I am on it with them and might get the solution for your problem as well. Just in case!

First: your are in a customer-to-customer forum, no contact to or individual support by Vodafone is available here and your demands are sent into empty space.

Contractual language in Germany is German, support in English *is* available via WhatsApp, though. There repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. Responses then will take time, it is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.
