Hi,
Unfortunately my german is not very good and I might not be able to speak with the executives over call. I need to move my apartment starting 22nd November and I would like to move my cable connection to this new apartment. How can I possibly do that ?
I did check online, but in my account there is already a link for moving out but that leads me to no where technically.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the relocation service website doesn’t work you can report your move via WhatsApp (in English). Vodafone will then check if your contract is available at the new location and either confirm the move or (if not available) terminate the contract. In WhatsApp repeatedly request a Kundenberater until the bot forwards you to a human agent. Responses then will take time, it is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order:
