Hello. 

I have been experiencing issues with my Vodafone Kabel internet (Router- TG3442DE) in the BW region (69207) for almost a week now. The internet light on my router is still blinking red, and I have no internet connection.

 

I have already contacted customer service multiple times, and while I was informed that a technician would come, the issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, I have not received any effective assistance so far.  I would really appreciate any recommendations.
