Hi All,

 

I have been trying to get my problem resolved. I have moved to new address and asked to shift my Vodafone internet there. Although they say the internet is transferred I dont have the internet connection. It shows network is ther but "no internet connection"

 

I have been trying to get this resolved from 15th Feb 2025. I have been transferred to different phone numbers when I reach the Vodafone support or technician numbers. They were just interested in only selling new packages but not solving my problem.

 

I never thought Vodafone has such a pathetic support system.

 

Hope after reading this I will get a solution. Else I dont think I should go ahead with vodafone.

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
