Hello, my internet connection (CableMax 100) is down since 18 february, that is 7 days now.
I opened a ticket (n.003-0112759/25) immediately. At some point in the following days it said 2 days left, then 12 hours, then the deadline passed and nothing happened (see picture of the ticket page attached).
I was not able to reach any Vodafone human to have any information, and have not seen any technical intervention in the building.
Any help would be appreciated as my wife and both work from home part of the time.
I would incidentally expect to be entitled to compensation, and/or to rescind the contract.
