Being charged when it shoudl be free?

i got the Kabel internet in November and don't really understand why I'm being charged when supposedly the 6 first months are free. I can't contact Vodafone through phone right now since I'm not in Germany, how can I get any help, please?

I got the Vodafone CableMax 1000 internet. When I did, by the end of October, the promotion of 6 first months free was still active.

There were NO free months with the Cable Max, which is payable from the 1st day. But it costs € 39.99 per month, even after the minimum contract period.
Only with the Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable is there the first 6 months free of charge, but then the remaining 18 months for € 49.99 per month.
