Hello,
I realized I am being overcharged every month for the past year and a half. I signed up for a GigaKombi contract with mobile for 23.99 per month and internet for 52.98 per month, but in addition to that I have been charged 13.99 per month.
This 13.99 is not found anywhere in my contracts with Vodafone and it is charged the same day as the 23.99 from Vodafone GmbH.
So for the past 18 months, I have paid an extra 13.99 per month for a service I did not ask for and is not reflected in my contract.
Another thread in this community had a similar issue with it being a TV contract which was falsely added to their contract.
What route do I need to follow to get this fixed? Which department should I be calling with Vodafone?
