I’m late to the conversation on the 5€/month price increase, I didn’t notice until now.
I’m paying 5€/month more since January 2024 (in that specific month it was actually 8.23€ more which included a pro-rata billing for a chunk of December 23).
Is this information correct?? (it was previously posted here https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Kabel-Tarife-Rechnung/Basispreisanpassung/td-p/3091373) : “it has to do with increased energy and personnel costs. All DSL and cable Vodafone contracts starting before 11/22 will be increased by 5 €.” ?
I was never informed. No e-mail was ever sent. Yes, I checked my spam folder and I no, I never delete e-mails.
Where is the announcement for this? I want to read it.
January’s 2024 invoice shows I started being charged for this Basispreisanpassung on the 12/12/23.
