Wifi speed is very very slow and is not as per the plan I chose for Kabel internet

Hello, I am existing customer of Vodafone Kable internet at my home as well as my mobile provider. 

 

Its been 2 months, my home wifi internet started, but since first week, I am seeing speed of internet is very very slow. 

My plan for Kabel internet is - Download speed 100MB  and Upload speed 50 MB

But when I did speed test from vodafone as well as other sites at my home wifi - the what I gets is - 

Download - I am getting in between 21 to 35 MB  and 

for upload - I am getting speed around 6 to 7 MB 

 

This is way slo than what my plan is, its realyl frustrating to see slow internet at home, its take 2-3 minutes to load Gmail account, that waiting circle keeps spinning for Youtube for mins to load one video and same happes with facebook updates. 

 

Can someone from Kable internet customer service help me here please ?

I did the restart of the router almost once a week but still never helps, but if you suggest, I will try to do it again. 

 

Yes I always get different values and never gets actual activated product speed which is 100 Mb and 50Mb. 

I tried using LAN cable and still the speed is low as I mentioned. 

 

I received a call from technician in last week about the ticket opened for this issue, and he just gave me suggestion to check the speed using LAN cable and before knowing the results he closed the ticket, not sure why. 

He mentioned that the LAN might give speed and Wifi might have issues,  but with LAN also I am not getting my desired speed of 100 Mb and 50Mb.

 

For moment even if we consider that LAN gives speed (which is not case currently), even then also issue remains there like - what is the use of wifi internet connection I took in my home, If I am not going to connect my laptop all the time to router using LAN or how can I connect my TV and my mobile phones to internet network, which is very slow. 

 

It needs to have my requested or subscribed speed to connect remotely using WIFI and not LAN cable. 

 

I will let you know speed stats again after restarting the router today.

I really don´t know, why the colleague, who called you, did not wait, until you tested via LAN....

 

Your router is online for about 16 days. Please test the resart an make a screenshot of a speedtest via LAN.

 

I expect you answer.

Apologies for delayed reply. I was busy in some office work so could not get back to you. 

 

Recently due to CORONA we started working from home office and I am facing real nightmare on this front due to the internet speed issue I am facing. 

I tried to restart router several times after you suggested and also tried to measure the speed using LAN cable. 

I notied with LAN Cable also the speed is very very low - please find attached image when I did LAN speed test. 

 

Speed ​​test with LAN - 

Download - 41 Mbps 

Updated is good speed - 50 Mbps - as expected

I am really getting depressed with this internet issue  @Manu   - please please pleas help me in getting this solved. 
can you please raise a ticket for any technicial who can visit to my address and check what is this issue is please please please ...

I really want to solve this, I cannot work, I cannot talk with family members etc. 
can yuo please help me.
