Hi,
Since Sunday my internet is not working properly. I have switched the router off and on, and also reset it. When I do this, the internet sometimes comes back for a few minutes but then cuts off again. I have Sagemcom FAST 5460. The light with the phone is what turns off when internet does not work. I need internet to work, could anyone help me, please? Sorry my German is bad.

is it okay if I send you a technician on site and can you provide access to the house system? There's been way too much failure the last couple of days.

Hi. I cancelled the appointment in the end because the internet started working well the day before the appointment. However, it does not work at all since this morning. It just shows the switch on button light. Could you please send again a technician? Thank you.
