Hi,
In January I've been told that my connection speed, despite paying for 400mbit option, is really poor and will be fixed in July.
With July just around the corner I would like to know more details about when it's going to be fixed, as I'm waiting for it for half a year now. It's currently around 6 Mbps in the evening, but should be around 400 Mbps.

I have checked your connection a few moments ago. The degree of capacity utilization is very high in your area which is why our technicians are doing maintenance operation at the moment. This process will presumably be finshed by the beginning of August. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a litte patience again, please.

Just wanted to check what is the status of the connection upgrade.
Currently, even during the day, when most of the people should be at work, I'm getting less than 200Mbit down.

unfortunately, the work has been postponed and is now scheduled for completion at the end of November 2018. I'm sorry.

That's really bad news, since I'm waiting for the upgrade more than a year now.
On top of that I've renewed my contract just in January this year to 400mbit's.
Is there anything you could do to make the experiance better till then?
It's a really long waiting time for a major issue to be removed.

well, actually we cant do anything to make it better 😞 So in that case you have probably to wait until its over, we could also take then a look on how we can compensate it 😕

Hello,
I've recently got a letter that the line upgrade is going to be performed in my area.
In fact it was conducted last night 20.11.2018.
Unfortunately despite the upgrade my evening connection speed remains the same.
I barely get 10MBit download and around 3 Upload.
This is continuing for more than a year now. I've originally raised this issue on November 2017.
Can you please have a look at what can be done to make the connection better now?
