Greetings,
Apologies, my German is not very good, so I will post in English.
I recently moved to Berlin and switched to Vodafone as my ISP. As I work from home, I need to use a VPN to connect for work purposes. However, it seems that Vodafone is blocking access to work-related websites (IP addresses and servers) when the VPN is active, although I can access regular websites without any issues.
I have contacted Vodafone to whitelist specific IP addresses provided by my work's IT team, but I am still waiting for a response. For about a month, I used Vodafone's Gigacube while waiting for the DSL connection to be established, and I had no problems accessing work websites. Unfortunately, since returning the Gigacube and switching to DSL, I can no longer access these sites.
Do you have any advice on how to resolve this issue quickly? I am currently relying on mobile data, which is not unlimited, to continue working.
