I requested for DSL connection on 5.May 2024(via check24), and vodafone never contacted me after that.
On 7.July 2024 i received a communication (after calling Vodafone and giving my APL nummer) stating the speed of 250mbps was not possible and that i would only get 100mbps. In the letter i was given an option of cancellation until 8.August 2024.
on 23.July 2024 I sent an email to oad.dokumentenmanagement@vodafone.com (as per the pdf document received) asking to cancel the contract. But never received a reply/confirmation
but on 30.July2024 i received a communication telling me an appointment has been booked to start internet.
i went to a vodafone store (Alexanderplatz, Berlin) and I was told nothing has to be done and that this contract will get cancelled automatically. But i doubt that since it says i will be charged €50 if this appointment is missed.
What should I do now?
