hello, this is Hyunah xxx.
I made an internet contract on October, and the engineer came to my apartment in December. So I told the landlord to install the telephone line, and it is in progress.
But, I have the e-mail as attached picture, and I have no idea what to do.
I am going to contact you after telephone line installation. Is there any problem?

According to the sheet attached, your router has to be send back because your order could´t be realized.
