Apologizes for writing in English.
My cable internet is unstable. Since the very first experience with service, internet drops, the router disconnectes, all the lights go off except power adn it takes a while for it to get back.
I have moved recently, and the guy loved here before me had internet from Vodafone also. He had a good connectiion without much complications.
I understand it is not easy to tell, but could it be the router?

Hi Md301,
the line is perfectly fine. Is the problem only with WiFi or also with LAN cable? No device is currently connected via LAN cable.
