Hello there!
From last night, I'm not getting internet. When I see the router web interface, it says DOCSIS online and everything is fine (see the picture attached), however there is no internet. Can someone please look into this? Please don't hesitate to ask if you need anything else.

Hello Martin,
Thank you very much for the reply.
I live in Berlin, and I'm using a Vodafone kabel connection with a router model TG3442DE and firmware version (01.02.068.13.EURO.PC20) in it.
And yesterday, I got internet for 5 mins in the afternoon and it stopped working after that. And it's been almost 3 full days since my internet stopped working. Can you please look into this issue and see through to a solution?
