Hello!
We're starting to get lost. For the past few weeks, our internet connection (Technicolor CGA6444VF device) hasn't been working.
I've already tried restarting the router and resetting to factory settings multiple times to no avail.
After issuing a ticket a week ago I have been shipped a new router without further communication from Vodafone (Commscope TG6442VF), however the problem remains the same.
There's no problem at my address. Can anyone help, or has anyone experienced something like this before? I would greatly appreciate your support
Cherry on the cake, I have a broken german, therefore the hotline is of no help, and I have also tried reaching out to WhatsApp to no avail.
